AtlanticProCare’s Job Shadowing Program offers select high school and pre‑professional students a structured, short‑term opportunity to observe the field of prosthetics and orthotics with a focus on the patient experience. The program emphasizes professionalism, ethics, and the human impact of care while maintaining strict standards for patient privacy, safety, and clinical integrity. Participants observe and are expected to engage thoughtfully, comply with all confidentiality requirements, and complete a brief reflective summary. Participation is selective and scheduled to ensure patient care remains the top priority.
